By registering for the Stand Out & Sell Out Virtual Summit (the "Summit"), you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before completing your registration.


Registration & Access

Free tickets. Registration for the Summit is free. Your ticket grants you access to the live virtual Summit experience during the scheduled event dates. Access details will be sent to the email address provided at registration.

Paid upgrades. If you purchase a VIP upgrade, All-Access pass, or any other paid add-on, those purchases are subject to the refund policy below and the specific terms of each offer at the time of purchase.

Your responsibility. You are responsible for ensuring your device, internet connection, and technical setup allow you to access the Summit platform. The Power Table is not responsible for technical difficulties on your end.


No Guarantee of Results

The content shared during the Summit — including all speaker presentations, workshops, trainings, and materials — is for educational and informational purposes only.

Participation in the Summit does not guarantee any specific outcome, result, or level of success. Business results depend on many factors outside our control, including your individual effort, experience, market conditions, and implementation. Any results mentioned by speakers or featured participants represent their own experience and are not a promise or guarantee of what you will achieve.

The Power Table makes no representations or warranties — express or implied — regarding the accuracy, completeness, or applicability of any content presented at the Summit.


Intellectual Property

All Summit content — including presentations, slides, recordings, materials, and branding — is the property of The Power Table and/or the respective speakers. You may not record, reproduce, distribute, share, or repurpose any Summit content without explicit written permission.


Recordings & Replays

Replay access (if offered) is subject to the specific terms of your ticket or upgrade at the time of purchase. Free ticket holders are not guaranteed replay access. The Power Table reserves the right to modify, limit, or discontinue replay access at any time.


Community & Conduct

By attending the Summit, you agree to engage respectfully with other attendees, speakers, and The Power Table team. We reserve the right to remove any attendee from the Summit — without refund — whose behavior is disruptive, disrespectful, or otherwise not aligned with our community standards.


Cancellation or Changes to the Summit

The Power Table reserves the right to modify the Summit schedule, speakers, sessions, or format at any time, including canceling or rescheduling the event due to circumstances outside our control. In the event of cancellation, free ticket holders will not receive monetary compensation. Refunds for paid tickets or upgrades in the event of cancellation will be handled per the Refund Policy below.


Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Power Table and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in or inability to access the Summit.


General

Governing terms. These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which The Power Table operates.

Changes to these terms. We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your registration applies to that registration.

Refund Policy

Free Tickets

Free Summit registrations are non-transferable and carry no monetary value. No refund applies.


Paid Tickets & Upgrades

All sales are final. Paid tickets, VIP upgrades, All-Access passes, and any other paid add-ons are non-refundable, regardless of whether you attend, participate, or access any portion of the Summit. This includes situations where you are unable to attend due to scheduling conflicts, technical issues, illness, or any other personal circumstance.

No partial refunds. Partial attendance, non-participation, or failure to use any included benefit does not qualify for a full or partial refund.


Exceptions

Refunds will only be issued in the following limited circumstances:


Duplicate purchase. If you were charged more than once for the same ticket or upgrade due to a technical error, we will refund the duplicate charge.
Summit cancellation. If The Power Table cancels the Summit entirely (not a reschedule, format change, or speaker substitution), paid ticket holders will receive a full refund.



Chargebacks

We take unauthorized chargebacks seriously. If you initiate a chargeback outside of the circumstances described above, we reserve the right to revoke your access to the Summit and any associated materials.


How to Request a Refund (Where Applicable)

To request a refund for an eligible exception, email hello@thepowertable.co with your name, order confirmation number, and a brief description of the issue. We aim to respond within 3–5 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to process depending on your bank or card issuer.
