How long does my listing stay up?

Until your event date. Once your event has happened, the listing comes down.

Can I list more than one event?

Yes. You can purchase more than one event listing. You will need to fill out the Event Directory form individually for each event (provided after checkout).

What do I need to provide?

After checkout, you'll fill out a quick form: event name, date, location, description, registration link, and an image.

Who sees it?

The Power Table community is made up of women entrepreneurs, leaders, and founders actively looking for the best in person events, retreats, and conferences to attend.

By purchasing a listing on The Power Table 2026 Events Directory, you agree to the following terms. Please read them before completing your purchase.



Listing Terms

Approval and right to refuse. All listings are subject to review and approval by The Power Table. We reserve the right to refuse, decline, or remove any event listing — at any time and at our sole discretion — that we feel is not aligned with our brand, our values, or our community. This includes, but is not limited to, events with content, messaging, pricing, or hosts that we determine are not a fit for our audience.
Refunds for declined listings. If we do not accept your listing, you will receive a full refund of your listing fee. If we remove an already-approved listing for a reason outside of these terms, we will refund you on a fair, prorated basis. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Listing duration. Your listing remains live until your stated event date, after which it is removed. The listing fee is a one-time payment with no recurring charges.
Accuracy of information. You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and current event information, including dates, location, pricing, registration links, and imagery. The Power Table is not responsible for errors in the details you submit, and we may edit listings for length, clarity, or formatting.
Your content. By submitting your event details, image, and any links, you confirm you have the right to use and share them, and you grant The Power Table permission to display them on our website and related channels for the purpose of promoting your listing.



Add-On Terms

Email Feature. Email features are scheduled within approximately 2–4 weeks of purchase, subject to our availability. We will work with you to schedule your feature at a mutually agreeable time. Placement, design, and final wording are at The Power Table's discretion.
Right to refuse add-ons. The same approval and alignment standards above apply to all add-ons. If we are unable to move forward with an add-on you purchased, you will be refunded for that add-on.


General

Payments. All prices are in USD. Promotional and limited-time pricing is available only at the time and place offered.
Changes to these terms. We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.

Refund Policy

We want every experience with The Power Table to feel straightforward and fair. Here's exactly how refunds work for the 2026 Events Directory.



Listing Fee ($120)

Declined listing — full refund. If we review your submission and determine it's not a fit for our audience or brand, you'll receive a full refund of your $120 listing fee. No questions asked.
Listing removed after approval — full refund. If your listing has already gone live and we remove it for a reason on our end (not a violation of these terms), we'll refund you.
Listing removed for policy violation — no refund. If your listing is removed because of inaccurate information, misrepresentation, or content that violates our terms, no refund will be issued.
Change of mind after listing goes live — no refund. Once your listing is live on the directory, the $100 fee is non-refundable. If your event is cancelled or postponed, please reach out to us at hello@thepowertable.co and we'll do our best to accommodate you.



Add-On Purchases (Email Feature, Podcast Guest Slot)

Add-on we cannot fulfill — full refund. If we are unable to fulfill an add-on you purchased — for any reason on our end — you'll receive a full refund for that add-on.
Add-on declined for alignment reasons — full refund. If we determine that your event or brand is not a fit for an add-on (email feature, podcast slot), we'll refund you in full for that add-on.
Scheduled add-on cancelled by you — no refund. If you have confirmed a scheduled date for an email feature or podcast recording and cancel with less than 5 business days' notice, the add-on fee is non-refundable. We may, at our discretion, offer a reschedule.
Change of mind — no refund. Add-on fees are non-refundable once scheduling has begun, unless we are the reason the add-on cannot be fulfilled.



How Refunds Are Processed

All refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
